TRX and Circuit Classes
TRX is a form of suspension-training that uses your body weight as resistance and engages your core from start to finish. Whether you are new to the TRX straps or advanced, our instructors are well trained and will show you the hang of it! TRX classes are a great low-impact, total-body strength workout. This class is great for all levels and abilities!
Our Circuit class is a 45-minute interval-based strength workout; work, rest, repeat. Move through stations with various exercises. In this class you will use balls, bands, dumbbells, TRX straps, bosu balls, boxes, and more; ALL THE EQUIPMENT! With a lot of variety, this class flies by!
