I first started ryding in 2015, when I was looking for cardio cross-training to compliment my running. After my first class, I was not sure I would be back, but I had purchased 5 classes, so I was determined to at least do all 5.....after the 5th I was hooked! My advice to new ryders --- do at least 3 or 4 classes before you decide if this is for you!
I love Power Ryde because it has become so much more than a workout to me. It is a community of amazing people that encourage and inspire one another. I look forward to seeing so many of my favorite faces each time I go to class to teach or ryde!
I am a mother of three and have been married 15+ years. In my previous life I was a CPA and worked in corporate finance. I have always had a passion for fitness and love sharing that with others by teaching both Power Ryde and pilates. I hope to challenge all of my students, regardless of skill level. I want ryders in my class to have fun and leave feeling a little stronger than when they arrived!
