I began my passion for fitness at an early age. Growing up I was a Tom Boy, so to speak, but I never played any organized sports. By the time I got into high school I was too intimidated to try out for anything. So, I let a lot of opportunities pass me by. As I grew older I realized that I needed and wanted to do something. So, I started running. I began my first marathon training program at the age of 31 and completed it eight months postpartum after my third child. I have since done 26 marathons, three 50ks, two half Ironmans and one full Ironman. I also enjoy adventure racing, mountain biking and kayaking. I am an AFAA certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have taught, trained and coached for over 12 years.
I am always looking for a new challenge. So when I heard about Power Ryde, I had to try it. It has lived up to everything I thought it would be. I believe it has made me stronger in my triathlon training and running and it is so much fun!
As an instructor my goal is your goal. I believe and know you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Let my take you there!
