Join us in-studio for a total body workout! Every level is welcome.

TRX is a method of suspension training (don't worry, you won't fall) that uses your body weight for resistance. It is a total-body workout that engages the core 100% of the time.

Class Descriptions

TRX Class - stay on the TRX straps for 45 minutes. You will get a total-body workout; arms, abs, legs, booty and more!

TRX Fusion - 45-minute class where you will be on and off the straps (think - using dumbbells, balls, and bands to also strengthen your body, when not on the straps!).
