About TRX Classes

TRX is a form of suspension-training that uses your body weight as resistance and engages your core from start to finish. Whether you are new to the TRX straps or advanced, our instructors are well trained and will show you the hang of it! TRX classes are a great low-impact, total-body strength workout. This class is great for all levels and abilities!


About Circuit Classes

Our Circuit class is a 45-minute interval-based strength workout; work, rest, repeat. Each participant has their own "station" where they will cycle through various exercises. In this class you will use balls, bands, dumbbells, TRX straps, bosu balls, boxes, and more; ALL THE EQUIPMENT! With a lot of variety, this class flies by!


*Both classes are limited in size to keep a social distance from other participants; making them very Covid-friendly!
