This program is for those sick of dieting, sick of calorie counting, and ready to take their health to a new level, with 30 days of 100% clean eating...Oh, and just to be clear, this is NOT a diet or weight-loss program. It is a healthier way of being, living, and eating program.
 
Unfortunately you can't outwork a bad diet. It takes exercise AND nutrition to become the healthiest version of yourself. This program will focus on both clean eating and exercising.
 
"Clean eating?," what's that you ask? It's eating REAL FOOD. For 30 days you will eat nothing fake or processed. You can still eat the protein you crave and the healthy fats that keep you full, but nothing processed.

Program Outline

Cost:
  • $299 per person
  • Program limited to first 15 people

Program Leaders:
  • Casey Hilmer and Meg Hilmer; Power Ryde owners and Paleo converts since August 2013
Includes:
  • 4 weeks of UNLIMITED Power Ryde classes
  • The book, The Whole 30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom
  • Weekly recipes from Casey, only shared with Power 30 participants
  • Daily help with meal planning
  • Casey will alter any recipes and make them Power 30 approved
  • Support group
  • Weekly meetings
  • *All packages (including those of you with unlimited packages) will be put on hold for a month during the Power Ryde Power 30

  • Week 3 - 10/29 - Label Reading and Eating Out
  • Week 4 - 11/5 - Social Influences and Preparing Power 30 Appropriate food for family and friends
  • Week 5 - 11/12 - Life after the Power 30
