Class Descriptions

Power Ryde 45. Cycle, Sweat, and Strengthen for 45 minutes.

Ryde and Shine. The same great 45-minute workout, bright and early in the morning! 5:30am never felt so good!

Move-it-Monday. It can be hard to get going come Monday morning. Our 45-minute full-body, cycling workout is just what you need to get the body going and to start your week off right!

Joy Ryde. It's FRIDAY…need I say more? Come cycle, sweat, and strengthen to end the week right!

Survive Ryde. This class happens once a month. 60 minutes. $10 minimum donation. All proceeds benefit Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Will you survive?!
